With our team headquartered in Stockholm, currently composed of 60+ people, we are now looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner who will drive our recruitment efforts to grow the size of our team considerably! You will be an expert on creating a unique candidate experience, working closely with the People & Culture (P&C) team and our managers to understand organizational needs, and hiring outstanding new team members to join us.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Structuring and coordinating our recruitment processes in all areas (Marketing, Sales & Customer Success, Product Development, etc.)
- Actively partnering with hiring manager to identify hiring needs, driving recruitment processes, and providing insights into the talent landscape and trends on the market
- Promoting open positions using our recruitment system and job boards
- Sourcing/headhunting candidates for hard-to-fill positions
- Collaborating with other teams to create employer branding strategies focused on candidate and employee experiences.
We are excited about you because...
- You have at least 3 years of recruitment experience either in-house or in a recruitment/headhunting agency, with a track record of sourcing and attracting passive talent locally and internationally.
- You have experience building and maintaining diverse candidate pipelines through creative sourcing strategies.
- You are a fast learner with an experimental mindset. At Volumental, we test, evaluate, and iterate to find what works and what doesn't. And you'll have plenty of opportunities to do the same when joining us.
- You thrive in a scale-up environment and want to take ownership of your personal growth. You're excited about being part of a growing organization where your contribution is crucial to the entire team's success.
- You are driven, analytical, and organized – able to see the big picture and sweat the small details.
- You are an engaging communicator verbally and in writing, with great storytelling abilities.
- You are fluent in English as we have colleagues from over 20 countries and customers across the world. It's truly an international environment!
