What will you do?
You will be the main point of contact for our key customers based in Europe. In your role you will develop the Volumental-Customer relationship to ensure our solution is implemented and utilized successfully. Working with your customer success, operations and data insights teams, you will guide organization wide understanding and adoption across different business units creating a true omnichannel experience with our accounts. Through this you will manage product specific requests with a focus on the customer’s growth potential and strategic priorities.
Be a trusted adviser and drive customer and internal strategic alignment with Joint Business Plans. By connecting a wide number of account's stakeholders, keeping track of relevant industry news and understanding the impact of our solution on the trends driving the industry forward, you will help our customers continuously innovate their customer experiences and product offerings.
Together with Customer Success, you will internally represent our customers with stakeholders in Product, Marketing and all other teams. As the tech and product teams share their priorities and timelines you will ensure that they align with customer expectations and that we are forthcoming with any expectation mismatches.
Grow our customers through upselling our existing and new products. Proactively identify growth opportunities and show how our new products will contribute to the targets set by our customers.
Meet face to face with key customers for annual or semi-annual strategic reviews at their HQ with all the relevant stakeholders. Your customers will be based around Europe so you’ll have the opportunity to travel.
Drive our growth in Europe with new customers as a part of the Europe commercial team. You will work closely with your colleagues in new sales/BD, customer success and lead generation to reach your joint Revenue goals for the region.

You understand e-commerce, its relationship with physical retail and the opportunities for innovation in the footwear industry – as you guide our customers through the journey of adopting new technologies to improve their customer experience you will need to understand their pain points and growth opportunities in depth.
You are easy to talk to, and are an effective listener. This role will require cross-cultural communication with stakeholders throughout large organizations, a key skill for this role is the ability to listen to stakeholders and understand their needs, goals, and underlying motivations
You are willing to travel. We work with customers around the world and this role will require regular travel to attend customer meetings, fairs and conferences.
You are comfortable working in English (other languages a plus)
