And that’s where you come in! With our team headquartered in Stockholm and currently composed of 60+ people, we are looking for an operations coordinator to assist in scaling our operations team in delivering high-quality logistics, streamlining internal processes, and supply chain management. We pride ourselves on the experience we provide to customers. As an operations coordinator, you’ll get to experience the fast pace of a scaleup with the opportunity to grow your role within the areas where you thrive the best.

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Sales orders processes. Part of our Operations team core is to effectively coordinate all steps necessary between when a customer orders new hardware and having our hardware successfully installed in a store. This includes being the bridge between the Operations, Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams. As the operations coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing this process.
• Logistics. A key component of our customers’ success is receiving their Volumental products in a timely manner. You will be the link between us and our freight partners to ensure smooth delivery of our hardware.
• Supply chain management. Your responsibilities will include monitoring inventory stock levels, identifying internal needs, setting reordering points, and communicating with our vendors and partners to make sure we receive the hardware needed to fulfil both customer and internal commitments.
• Manufacturing. Together with our Operations Manager, assist with planning the manufacturing of our products in Sweden and China.
