Retail Experience Manager - North America

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to serve as the Retail Experience Manager for our cutting-edge 3D foot-scanning technology. In this role, you will be the face of our product in retail stores, ensuring store staff are well-trained, engaged, and motivated to use and promote the scanner. Your work will play a critical role in enhancing the in-store customer experience and driving product adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

Training and Development:
- Train retail store staff on how to effectively use the 3D scanner.
- Conduct workshops and refresher sessions to keep staff confident and up-to-date.
- Create easy-to-follow training materials and guides tailored to different audiences.

Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with store teams to foster excitement and advocacy for the product.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for store staff regarding the product.
- Organize in-store events or competitions to boost staff motivation and product usage.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Track usage metrics for the scanner and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide actionable feedback and implement strategies to increase scanner adoption.

- Ensure the scanners are set up and functioning correctly in all assigned stores.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues or escalate complex problems to the appropriate team.

- Collaborate with store staff to ensure an exceptional customer experience with the scanner.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail, field training, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel regularly to various store locations.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and train others.
- Passionate about enhancing in-store customer experiences.
- Must be based in the US.

This is a full-time position based in the US reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer at Volumental, with opportunities to travel to our Headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden—where you'll collaborate with our talented Swedish colleagues and experience our innovative work culture firsthand.
